What is Academora?
Academora is a school result management and checking platform for Nigerian schools, operated by Tomsphere Globaltech Ltd. Schools configure classes and grading, assign teachers, enter assessments and examination scores, and review results before publication.
How do parents check their child’s result online?
After the school publishes a result, notification messages are queued with a result-login link and school code. Parents can also use Parent login, enter their registered email and school code, verify their email, and choose from their linked children’s published records by class, session and term. If your details are missing, contact your school.
How many times can a parent use an e-token?
Each purchase allows three online openings of the selected child’s result. A PDF can be downloaded during an opened view. After the three openings are used, a new e-token purchase is required to open the result again.
Are school subscriptions and e-token charges the same?
No. Schools choose a student-capacity subscription billed per term and set their own e-token price. At result viewing, parents pay the school’s declared token price, a separate 10% Tomsphere service fee and the payment processing charge. See term plans or read the payments and refunds policy.
Can a school pay its subscription in instalments?
Yes. Choose 100% upfront, 40% upfront, or no upfront payment on any capacity plan, up to 5,000 pupils. Under the 40% option, school e-token proceeds repay the remaining 60%, then go to the school’s verified account. With no upfront payment, half of each base e-token sale repays the subscription and half goes to the school. Once the balance is cleared, all base proceeds go to the school. Verify your school bank account during onboarding. The parent-paid 10% fee remains separate. Any unpaid balance must be settled before the next term activates.
Can anyone see a student’s result?
No. Student results require authorized access. The public website explains the service; private academic records are not a public result directory. Teachers work within school-assigned roles, and parents access results linked to their registered details.

This guide is for parents whose school uses Academora. You need the school code, the parent email recorded by the school and access to that email inbox. An admission number alone does not give access to a result.
