SMS and Email Notice
How result and account notifications are sent and tracked.
Effective and last updated: 9 October 20261. Transactional notices
Academora sends service messages such as account invitations, sign-in links, payment status, security notices and notification that a school has published a result. Result notices may contain a secure school result-login link but should not contain the child’s full academic result.
2. Contact information
Schools are responsible for recording accurate parent or guardian contact information and for giving required privacy notices. A recipient should notify the school if a contact is incorrect, reassigned or no longer authorized.
3. Publication and delivery
Immediately after authorized approval and publication, Academora queues SMS and email notices to the parent contacts recorded with the student. Publication remains effective even if a provider cannot deliver a notice. Academora tracks queued, sent, delivered, failed and retry status where providers make that information available.
4. Marketing
Result and security notices are transactional. Academora will not treat a transactional contact as permission for unrelated marketing. Any future marketing communication will use the notice, consent and opt-out controls required by applicable law.
5. Safety
Recipients should verify that a result link uses the official Academora domain and should never disclose a password, bank PIN, full card number or one-time payment password in response to a message. Suspicious messages may be reported to tomsphereglobaltechltd@gmail.com.
